Welcome to my website!

Hello beautiful people! My name is Eliza, aged 28 and living on the gorgeous Far South Coast of New South Wales in Australia!

I have totally transformed in the last year from being depressed, anxious, zero confidence in myself or my abilities in work and in my social life. I hated my body, the way I talked and who I was as a person - thinking I was unlovable and unworthy of happiness.

In March 2020, I was introduced to Theta Healing and KunYin: Movement of the Goddess. These two modalities of healing went hand in hand in my transformation. Over the past 12 months, I have been able to overcome my limiting beliefs, remove toxic relationships, practices and thoughts from my life, set boundaries and learn to move through emotions that no longer serve me.

From this, I now LOVE my body, ,my business is booming and successful, I have reclaimed my sensuality, sexuality, sass. My playful, cheeky and funny inner child is back and, last but not least, I have found my inner goddess and am able to claim and show my divine feminine energy whenever I need her! *I treated myself to a sunset photoshoot for my birthday and this is my favourite image to depict my rising from drowning and then moving forward with positivity.

In October 2020, I was blessed to have been offered teacher training in KunYin, and as of next week, I am officially certified to start teaching this amazing life-changing practice to women of the world! Movement is such a powerful way to appreciate our bodies, ground and move through emotion.
