KunYin is a movement practice for the evolution of mind, body and spirit designed to arouse and awaken feminine energy in the world.

It derives from Kundalini the arising of energy, life force, consciousness and Yin the feminine part of Yin Yang.

The KunYin Practice awakens the Goddess within.  Awakening the dormant, hidden parts of women globally.  Inspiring her to remember, accept and own herself fully and unapologetically.

KunYin  is healing for mind, body and spirit.  Clearing the false beliefs, she has inherited, carried through the very fibres of her body, through lifetimes and created from experiences up until now.

When the Goddess moves within she is healing her soul.  She knows who she is and owns her shadow and her shine.  She knows that by reclaiming the forgotten parts of herself she can make her life a creation of her desires.  She inspires others through her being, she is abundant, she is creative, she is grateful, expressive and unapologetically herself.  She is within every woman.

I invite you to begin a love story with you and your body! To touch, to feel, to appreciate the strength, flexibility and beauty that may have been ignored or forgotten for a long time.

I have experienced first-hand how life-changing this journey can be and I look forward to sharing it with you all!
